This week we dive a bit deeper and look at your accomplishments. Also I explain a little more about how we can use our journaling to really bring these insights into our bodies more firmly by using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping). I go through the tapping points and how you can use this technique along side your journal journey.
